Indoor Air Quality - Sabre
Hospital Mold Decontamination

Oxnard, CA

The Issue: Pervasive Mold Contamination
The Solution: Facility Decontamination with ClO2 Gas

Sabre successfully treated Catholic Healthcare West's St. John's Regional Medical Center located in Oxnard, CA. The building was treated with chlorine dioxide (ClO2) gas for the purpose of treating the pervasive mold contamination present within the 425,000 square feet building. After years of traditional demolition and replacement activities, the hospital turned to Sabre for assistance. Working closely with hospital staff, Sabre designed a treatment process that allowed for less than one week of shut-down for the hospital, saving millions of dollars in costs and years of remediation.
