What is REPLENISH

- They are not a large enough user for a generator
- They have no personnel to manage the equipment
- They don't want hazardous acid and alkali chemical storage areas on site

How REPLENISH Works
Multiple Dosing Pumps from a Single Tank in a Food Processing Facility
Sabre supplies to each customer a specially engineered storage tank fitted with all of the components necessary to safely store ClO2 solution and to accurately dose the water system.
The ClO2 is generated at the customer site with a Sabre patented ClO2 generator mounted on a dedicated delivery vehicle. The delivery vehicle is self sufficient and carries all of the equipment and chemical precursors necessary to generate and transfer the ClO2 solution to the customer's tank.
After an initial "fill" with ClO2 solution, Sabre makes regular service visits to REPLENISH the tanks, the frequency depending on customer need. At each visit the REPLENISH technician carries out a basic maintenance check on the equipment.
A final but important benefit of the REPLENISH system is that multiple dosing points can be serviced from a single ClO2 solution storage tank, or solution can be dispensed for manual use either directly from the tank or from remote access points.
