Typical 140 Generator - Sabre
Typical 140

The generator is built from a block of chemically resistant Schedule 80 PVC plastic. Many of the chemical feed lines and check valves are incorporated directly into the block. The Integral Component Block Mounted (Solid State) design eliminates the need for the maze of external tubes and valves and their associated spare parts required by other generators. The result is greater efficiency, improved performance and little maintenance.

The Tuned Reaction ColumnTM (patent pending) eliminates clogging and insures a steady stream of pre-cursor chemicals. This allows the unit to operate efficiently at lower water flows without variation in meter reading and with a greater turndown ratio. There is simply no need for frequent flushing, disassembly or cleaning.

The Tuned Reaction ColumnTM in the main block has no user serviceable parts to require maintenance. Chlorine dioxide is generated at a minimum of 95% efficiency with no more than 5% excess chlorine. Analysis is done with the current EPA approved amperometric method published in Standard Methods for the Treatment of Water and Wastewater and listed as 4500 ClO2-E.

The system shown can produce 10 to 1000 pounds of chlorine dioxide per day, and the main block measures only 6 inches wide x 29 inches high x 4 inches deep. It's small footprint allows it to easily fit in tight spaces.
